Mission Statement
To assist individuals with Aspergers to attain independence by developing the Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities to acquire and maintain appropriate and satisfying employment.
What is Aspergers?
Asperger's Syndrome is a neurobiological disorder on the autism spectrum.
It is characterized by average/above average intelligence and language development. It was first described by an Austrian psychiatrist, Dr. Hans Asperger.
Individuals exhibit autistic like behaviors and deficiencies in some social and communications skills.
While very bright individuals may not interview as well as other candidates at the same skill level, their performance will either meet or exceed those who interview well.

We are a Michigan Corporation founded in 2008 by a mother of an adult with Aspergers, after discovering that appropriate job placement services simply were not available.
